We here at Coast to Coast Claim Services are dedicated to connecting insurance adjusters with the best inspectors, consultants, and  technicians in the construction and restoration industries. Seeing a lack of quality ladder assist and inspection services for insurance carriers across the nation, we assembled a team of people familiar with the industry to build a new way to do business, one that addressed all of their grievances.  We placed our focuses in three areas: being fast, accurate and reliable.

Fast

Coast To Coast has invested heavily in the development of management systems to maximize the efficiency gains we can provide our clients. Developers across the planet have coordinated to produce an all in one system to take in claims, schedule them, distribute them across our team, and route their most efficient paths. Once on the field, our inspectors are equipped with purpose built tools to automate and hasten their collection of photos and their writing of reports. Once received back at the office, our quality assurance team combs through every detail of these reports to make sure they’re perfect, and then we submit them to our client’s inbox. These systems and more in development are all designed to ensure your claims get done fast and efficiently.

Accurate

Our founders have brought their expertise from decades of experience in the claims industry to build a team of seasoned veterans. Every employee is vetted and put through a rigorous two week course, where they learn to identify damage, maintain their safety and the safety of others, and interact in a friendly but controlled manner with homeowners. They develop a thorough routine that takes them through the property in its entirety. Once done in the classroom, our professionals take them out into the field to personally inspect their performance and make sure they can provide accurate reports to our clients. Only after they show consistent performance are they given clearance to operate independently on the field.

Reliable

With top of the line transportation provided to our inspectors by the company, along with high quality safety equipment and ladders, there’s never an excuse for an inspector to miss their appointment. We’ve centralized scheduling claims with an always active scheduling team. From there, claims are distributed to inspectors and our automation system paths out the most effective route for them. In the event an inspector cannot make their appointment, we highly incentivize other inspectors to fill in for them, making sure that our word is kept and our customers are satisfied.

New Technology

Camera App

To improve efficiency on the field and in the office, Coast To Coast has developed a mobile camera app that can label pictures and process them to be lightweight and readable by Xactimate. This proprietary software provides a structured path for our inspectors to follow to make sure they’re thorough on the field. Our customers and contractors are free to purchase a version of this app for iPhone and Android.

Report App

To standardize our reports and ensure they’re written concisely and consistently, we’ve created a web app that our Inspectors can use on the field to put in information. Once all fields are filled, this app will generate an easy to read report in plain English. If a customer or contractor purchases this app, it can be customized to automatically email these reports anywhere needed.

Routing System

To ensure all inspections are carried out in a timely and professional manner, we’ve implemented a routing system to chart the course of our inspectors and verify that they stay true to it. Your time is precious and we won’t let anyone waste it. Our three day policy guarantees that within three days of you requesting a claim, you will have a report submitted back to you, or we’ll do it for free (Note, this does not apply to delays that are caused by events out of Coast To Coast’s control.)
