The success of our employees is vital to our success as a company, so we want them to hit the ground running. When we bring on new employees, we first put them through a two week bootcamp where we educate them on all forms of damage and safety. We bring in successful entrepreneurs who’ve made their names known in the insurance and claims industry to give lectures and offer personal advice to our trainees.

Focus on Customer Service

We have a special section of our training program dedicated just to customer service. We aren’t just training them to take pictures and write papers, we’re training them to be your representatives in the field. The better they make you look, the happier we are. And if you have any special requests, our inspectors are guaranteed to provide you with the highest quality service you can find.

We Hire W-2 Employees

Poor representation, poor equipment, and poor work ethic lead to poor results. At coast to coast, our backbone is a network of W-2 inspectors and a CAT team ready to go wherever we send them. These employees wear our colors and work on our hours, so you know they have a vested interest in putting their full effort into representing both of us well.



We Provide Vans & Equipment

We supply our team members with training, equipment, and transportation to make sure they can get where they’re needed and do what is demanded. This kind of control and quality can’t be achieved with independent contractors. This is how we guarantee you an accurate report in a timely manner, with no complications and no effort on your part.
